Humans had the capability to create a UFO
in 1945 under Viktor
Schauberger. Here is a citation: There are many rumours about what
Schauberger was actually doing during this period, most of which
suggest that he was in charge of developing 'flying discs' under
contract to the army. It later become known that 'the 'flying disc'
launched in Prague on the 19th of February 1945, which rose to an
altitude of 15,000 metres in three minutes and attained a forward
speed of 2,200 kph, was a development of the prototype he built at
Mauthausen concentration camp.
The technology was based on water and it uses clean energy in its
implosive engine. Not explosive as in today's energy use. We rather
destroy our ecology than give up profits [demanded by the rich and
very rich].
Before this video, a decade before in the book "Conversations with
God" the existence of civilizations in other worlds were acknowledged.
Some less advanced, some more advanced. Apparently, from this video,
we are aggressive to destroy this planet rather than create peace for
all. We would kill aliens who identify itself. The same aliens are
depicted to be peaceful by the act of blocking/disarming our nuclear
missiles. Hence, why these UFOs are frequenting Area 51 and other
off-limit sites.

Belgium in the early 1990's had a massive
wave of ufo sightings all over the country, The belgium government finally came out and
told the public about the issue and said about an incident where they scrambled belgium
air force F16's to intercept one of these objects eventually one aircraft had a lock on to
the object and then it zipped off out of sight at thousands of miles an hour. 1990 and the
use of F-16 jets to locate them along with radar. Recorded in 1993.
