This is a short brief of this guy, who was
an Argentine captain of the nazi SS, used by the Peron's goverment to get the Nazi Gold
into Argentina by the implication of falsified documents and Swiss banks. Secret history
and stuff like that involving the catholic church. There is not much information about
this man so I uploaded this brief clip about him, extracted from the documentary
"Nazi Gold in Argentina" (Oro Nazi en Argentina). Unfortunately, I couldn't find
the english version but I took the job of writing subtitles to this one. About Carlos
Fuldner: He as many other nazis like Erich Priebke, Adolf Eichmann and some medium-rank
officers, escaped to Argentina after the World War 2, sheltered by Juan Peron's goverment.
But this one resulted special for him and would be very useful at the time of 1948.

The year Bill Clinton became governor of
Arkansas, the Arkansas state prison board awarded a lucrative contract to a Little Rock
company called Health Management Associates or HMA. The company was paid $3 million a year
to run medical services for the state's troubled prison system, which had been excoriated
in a ruling by the US Supreme Court as an "evil place run by some evil men." HMA
not only made money from providing medical care to prisoners, but it also started a
profitable side venture: blood mining. The company paid prisoners $7 a pint to have their
blood drawn. HMA then sold the blood on the international plasma market for $50 a pint,
splitting 50 percent of the proceeds with the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Since
Arkansas is one of the few states that does not pay prisoners for their labor, inmates
were frequent donors at the so-called "blood clinic". Hundreds of prisoners sold
as much as two pints a week to HMA. The blood was then sold to pharmaceutical companies,
such as Bayer and Baxter International, blood banks, such as the Red Cross, and so-called
blood fractionizers, which transformed the blood into medicines for hemophiliacs.
Families from around the country joined
actors Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey on June 4 for the "Green Our Vaccines
Rally" in Washington DC. The rally was sponsored by Talk About Curing Autism (TACA),
